I'm a life coach who believes that meaningful change begins with a better understanding of yourself. Sometimes, the biggest challenge we face isn't a lack of ability, ambition, or potential. It's that we've become so caught up in the demands of everyday life that we've lost touch with who we are, what matters to us, and where we really want to go.
My approach to coaching is built around helping people find that clarity and turn it into meaningful, lasting change.
My professional background in marketing, business development, and leadership has given me a close-up view of the pressures people face when trying to build successful careers, lead others, meet expectations, and create a fulfilling life. We can spend years working towards goals that look right on paper while quietly questioning whether we're heading in the right direction. We can be successful in one area of life while feeling disconnected or unfulfilled in others.
These experiences have shaped my belief that personal growth isn't simply about achieving more. It's about becoming more intentional about how we live, the choices we make, and the people we want to become.
Who I Work With
I work with people who are ready to take a more intentional approach to their lives but may be struggling to work out what that looks like in practice.
You might be at a crossroads in your career, navigating a significant life transition, questioning your direction, or feeling that something needs to change without being entirely sure what that change should be. Perhaps you're successful in your professional life but feel that other areas of your life have been neglected. You might be dealing with self-doubt, struggling to follow through on your intentions, or finding yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you.
You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to coaching. In fact, not knowing where to begin is often a perfectly good place to start.
My work is particularly suited to people who are willing to be honest with themselves, explore new perspectives, and take responsibility for the changes they want to make.
My Approach to Coaching
My coaching philosophy follows four interconnected stages: Awareness, Alignment, Ownership, and Action.
Awareness is where we begin. Together, we explore what's happening in your life, the beliefs and patterns influencing your decisions, and the things that may be holding you back. This is about developing a deeper understanding of yourself without judgement.
Alignment is about reconnecting with your values, priorities, and aspirations. We look at whether the way you're living reflects what genuinely matters to you, and identify where adjustments may be needed.
Ownership is about recognising your ability to influence your circumstances through the choices you make. It means moving beyond simply identifying problems and beginning to take responsibility for your part in creating a different outcome.
Action is where insight becomes change. We translate what you've discovered into practical steps, achievable goals, and commitments that move you towards the life you want to create.
These stages aren't a rigid formula. Personal growth is rarely a straight line, and we work at a pace that makes sense for you. The intention is to help you develop the awareness, confidence, and practical tools to navigate challenges long after our coaching sessions have ended.
What It's Like to Work With Me
My coaching style is thoughtful, conversational, and grounded in curiosity. I want you to feel that you can speak openly, explore difficult questions, and examine your life honestly without feeling that you need to have all the answers.
I'll listen carefully, ask questions that challenge your assumptions, and help you look at situations from perspectives you may not have considered. Sometimes, that means slowing down and exploring something you've been avoiding. At other times, it means moving beyond reflection and identifying the practical steps you need to take.
I won't pretend to have all the answers to your life, and I don't believe coaching should be about someone else telling you how to live. My role is to help you uncover your own answers, recognise possibilities, and develop the confidence to act on what you discover.
Our sessions are collaborative. We'll explore what's important to you, identify the areas where you'd like to see change, and work towards outcomes that are meaningful to your circumstances and aspirations.
What I Believe
I believe that people are capable of meaningful change when they develop a clearer understanding of themselves and become intentional about their choices.
I also believe that personal growth requires more than motivation. Inspiration can get us started, but lasting change comes from honest self-reflection, alignment with our values, personal accountability, and consistent action.
You don't have to change everything about yourself to build a better life. Sometimes, the most important work is rediscovering what matters, letting go of what no longer serves you, and making different choices one step at a time.
If you're feeling stuck, standing at a crossroads, or simply sensing that there's more to life than the way you're currently experiencing it, coaching can give you the space to explore those feelings and decide what comes next.
You don't need to arrive with a perfect plan. You just need a willingness to begin.
