My story

I am trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist. After years of seeing couples and families, it became apparent that many times, the problem in the couple or family had to do with an overly self-centered, victimizing, controlling, and/or otherwise abusive family member. I also quickly learned that the sessions were near impossible to navigate unless the abuser was willing to do individual work to change. Because of this, I now focus primarily on the victims of narcissistic abuse understanding firsthand, a narcissist steals the person you are by using gaslighting and other malicious tactics, while fully executing the cycle of abuse.

Most victims are convinced it is their fault because that is what they are told over and over. They are confused and lost. It is a loss of self.  I am the person who will help you see clearly again and learn how to protect yourself in the relationship if you cannot leave or until you can. If you have left, I can help you become your best self and heal.

I am a kind and compassionate therapist with heightened intuition, perception, and empathy. I am also the personality type narcissistic people seek out. I have had my share of these encounters, enough to know the damage very well.

I can be your light in the darkness of the realization you are involved or have been involved in a narcissistic relationship. Many are parents, friends, co-workers, bosses, partners and spouses. Most are male but there are also females with narcissistic traits. I can educate you of the many ways to know what a narcissistic person is, how to deal with them, and how to protect yourself. I will be your support after the smear campaign and understand your grief and feelings of loss. The biggest loss is the loss of yourself; the person you were before you became involved and realized the dire situation you are in. This is my most rewarding work, and I consider it a privilege to help you find the strength you still possess, to find yourself again.
