I’m a relational coach, Authentic Relating facilitator, and IFS-informed practitioner passionate about honest connection, emotional awareness, and helping people feel more fully themselves in relationships and intimacy.

I hold a BS in Human Development & Family Sciences with a focus on personal relationships, and I also bring over 20 years of lived experience in the adult industry. My work blends professional training with real-world understanding of vulnerability, desire, shame, power dynamics, and human connection.

My intention is to create spaces that feel grounded, warm, honest, and deeply human.
