I'm Silvia, founder of After Awakening.
I work with people navigating what comes after a profound experience - a psychedelic journey, a kundalini opening, a meditation retreat, a near-death experience, or a relationship that cracked something open - and haven't felt steady since.
I've walked this path myself. Depression led me to my first psychedelic experience, and within it, I had my deepest spiritual awakening. In the aftermath, a profound relationship became the biggest catalyst and mirror of my life. In both cases, I did the same thing: I looked outside myself for the answer - books, videos, forums, other people's opinions - when what I was actually looking for was already inside me. That's the shift I now help you find for yourself.
I work best with people who are ready to do the work and turn inward, because that's where the real transformation happens. Not another belief system, not someone else's explanation - your own. I'm not here to walk the path for you. I hold space, I offer tools, but you're the one who has to walk it. I think of my role as a bridge, or a lighthouse - steady, present, pointing the way - not someone you lean on forever.
My approach starts with the body, not the story. We begin with nervous-system regulation and grounding, because that's what actually lets the spiraling loosen its grip. From there, we make sense of what's happening, recognize the patterns keeping you stuck, and build a way forward that's genuinely yours. I won't promise to take the pain away - I don't think that's mine to take, or that it would even help. The hard parts are often part of how the transformation happens. What I offer is making sure you don't walk through it alone.
The pain you're in matters more than it might seem right now. It isn't just something to get through - it works like a catalyst for your own transformation. You don't need to be afraid of it. It's worth walking through.
I'm ICF-accredited, though what matters more to my clients is that I've lived this myself.
