My story
I’m a coach who helps women 40+ who feel they’ve lost themselves in people‑pleasing, overthinking, and putting everyone else first. If you’ve reached a point where you don’t recognise yourself anymore — but you know something needs to change — you’re in the right place.
My work is rooted in identity reinvention, confidence rebuilding, boundaries, and self‑trust. I don’t use jargon or complicated frameworks. I help you understand what’s really going on underneath the overwhelm, reconnect with who you are, and make clear, grounded decisions that feel good and honest.
Sessions with me feel supportive, calm, and straightforward. I listen deeply, ask questions that help you see yourself clearly, and guide you to make changes that actually stick. You won’t be rushed, judged, or pushed into anything — this is a space where you get to breathe, think, and finally put yourself first.
